Vegan recipes
Every recipe in this category is suitable for a vegan diet and can be made without animal products. Many of these recipes are naturally vegan, but when it comes to vegan baking, I aim to create recipes that don't require any sort of special ingredients or complicated swaps. Using almond milk or oat milk in place of cow's milk, canned coconut milk in place of heavy cream, coconut oil in place of butter, and maple syrup in place of honey are all easy swaps you can often use when making a recipe vegan.
