Dairy-free recipes

If you're following a dairy-free diet or just want to reduce your dairy consumption, I've made it easy to locate all my recipes that can be made dairy-free. Some of these recipes are naturally dairy-free, whereas others involve a simple swap  to create a dairy-free option. For baking in particular, almond milk, canned coconut milk, or oat milk are my go-to substitutions for cow's milk, and coconut oil (or occasionally ghee) makes a great substitution for butter. Canned coconut milk in particular can also often be used as a replacement for heavy cream due to its high fat content.
