Third drink post in a row - I knowwww. I also know that things have been a little silent around here lately; it's been one of those times when life throws you for a big fat loop and all you can really manage to do is stay afloat. That being said, I haven't forgotten about this little space of the internet and I'm trying to get back into some sort of routine around here. In the meantime, I come bearing a cold cocktail - because nothing could possibly sound much better at the moment - AND a giveawayyyyy! YASSSSS.
So, first things first, the cocktail: it was actually inspired by a drink at a local restaurant here, and while I'm not usually one to gravitate towards fruity drinks (or pineapple itself), I've been obssessed since day one. If you like mules in general, this is definitely a fun one to add to your reperetoire, but even if you're not typically a fan of the classic ginger beer cocktail, I'm betting the pineapple spin will change your mind. It's got this perfect balance between the sweet fruitiness and spicy ginger flavor, with a bit of a tropical vibe that doesn't go overboard. Plus, it gives you an excuse to pull out your copper mule mugs, speaking of which...
See those beauties right there? ↑

My favorite Moscow Mule variant is also tropical, with passion fruit, mint, and a dash of heat from freshly grated ginger!
