- 3 wedges fresh pineapple, divided
- 2 1/2 ounces pineapple vodka
- 1/2 ounce freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 4 ounces ginger beer

Instructions
- Muddle 2 pineapple wedges in a cocktail shaker to release juices. Add vodka and lime juice and shake well.
- Strain into a mule mug and add ginger beer and ice. Stir, garnish with third pineapple wedge, and serve immediately.
