Lavender-infused vodka mingles with lemon, raspberry, and elderflower to create this refreshing spring cocktail.

  • Yield: 1 cocktail 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces lavender-infused Grey Goose vodka*
  • 2 raspberries
  • 3/4 ounce St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ice
  • lavender, for glass
  • lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle raspberries in a cocktail shaker. Add infused vodka, liqueur, and lemon juice. Fill shaker with ice and shake well.
  2. Rub a martini glass with lavender. Strain mixture into glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Notes

*This cocktail requires a little bit of time for preparation mainly because you need to infuse vodka with lavender. To do this: add 2 sprigs of lavender to vodka and leave in for 6 days. Afterwards, double strain to remove herbs from bottle.
