Homemade, all-natural Peanut Butter is perfect for a healthy snack. It’s so tasty and easy to make!
Yield:approx. 1 cup peanut butter
10 ounces (2 cups) unsalted peanuts*
1/4 teaspoon sea salt, adjust to taste
Place peanuts in a food processor and process until crumbly like the texture of almond meal. Sprinkle the salt over top and continue to process until it has reached the consistency of a smooth nut butter. Wipe down the processor with a spatula during this process if needed.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
*I used Planters Roasted and Unsalted Peanuts, which I found at Target. You can also find unsalted peanuts and Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s.
