Ingredients
ice
½teaspoonvanilla bean paste or extract
2 ½ouncesespresso
1teaspoonmaple syrup, simple syrup, or other sweetener of choice
Fill a 16 ounce glass about halfway with ice. Add vanilla bean paste or extract.
½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
Brew espresso over ice in glass. Stir in sweetener.
2 ½ ounces espresso |1 teaspoon maple syrup, simple syrup, or other sweetener of choice
Slowly pour in the sparkling water - it will fizz quite a bit!
4 ½ ounces sparkling water or club soda
Add cream (and/or additional sweetener) to taste. Stir again before drinking.
1 tablespoon whipping cream
