PEAR CRUMBLE RECIPE

Sweet, juicy pears are baked with warm fall spices and a crispy oat crumble in this easy 20-minute dessert.

Mix pears, brown sugar, flour, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice together in a bowl. Transfer the mixture to a buttered 9" pie dish.

In the same bowl used for step 1, mix together rolled oats, all-purpose flour, oat flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in  melted butter; the mixture should be damp and crumbly.

Scatter the crumble topping over the pears in the prepared pie dish. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.

Serve this pear crumble warm from the oven, preferably with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
