OAT FLOUR BANANA BREAD

This incredible banana bread is made with oat flour for added flavor and nutrition. Honey adds natural sweetness, and brown butter gives it a rich nuttiness.

INGREDIENTS

– oat flour – baking powder – salt – cinnamon – brown butter – honey – eggs

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, whisk together oat flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a second bowl, whisk together brown butter and honey. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients.

In the now empty bowl, beat together 3 eggs until they're foamy on top. Add to the dry ingredients.

Next, whisk together mashed bananas, half-n-half, and vanilla extract. Add to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Fold all of the ingredients together with a spatula. Grease a 9"x5" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Transfer batter to the prepared pan and bake for 80 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
