GINGER TURMERIC SHOTS

– ginger – turmeric root – lemons – apples – black pepper

Rinse all ingredients (except black pepper) well. Cut ginger root into chunks and slice apples and lemons into wedges.

Use a juicer to juice according to manufacturer's instructions. If your juicer does not have a built in strainer, I recommend straining the juice once finished.

Add ground pepper after straining.

Transfer juice to an airtight container and refrigerate immediately. Shake well before drinking.

Use ½ lb of ginger and 1 lemon for a milder flavor.
