COCONUT WHIPPED CREAM

This coconut whipped cream is both dairy-free and vegan, but every bit as light, creamy, and fluffy as traditional whipped cream! It's just as easy to make too!

INGREDIENTS

– canned coconut milk (chilled) – confectioner's sugar – vanilla extract – salt (See the blog post for tips on making this whipped cream without refined sugar!)

Scoop the coconut cream from a can of coconut milk that's been refrigerated for at least 12 hours.

Whip the cream with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until it's smooth and slightly fluffier.

Add confectioner's sugar, salt, and vanilla. Continue to beat until the mixture is light and creamy - just like whipped cream!
