Prep produce: Rinse all ingredients (except black pepper) well. Cut ginger root into chunks and slice apples and lemons into wedges.
Juice: Use a juicer to juice according to manufacturer's instructions. If your juicer does not have a built in strainer, I recommend straining the juice once finished. Add ground pepper after straining.
Store: Transfer juice to an airtight container and refrigerate immediately. Shake well before drinking.
*Use 1/2 lb of ginger and 1 lemon for a milder flavor.
