Ginger Turmeric Shots {refined sugar-free}

These ginger turmeric wellness shots are loaded with nutrient-dense ingredients. They're anti-inflammatory, high in antioxidants, and immune-boosting!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2-1 lb ginger root*
  • 1/2 lb turmeric root
  • 1-2 lemons*
  • 3 Granny Smith apples
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep produce: Rinse all ingredients (except black pepper) well. Cut ginger root into chunks and slice apples and lemons into wedges. 
  2. Juice: Use a juicer to juice according to manufacturer's instructions. If your juicer does not have a built in strainer, I recommend straining the juice once finished. Add ground pepper after straining. 
  3. Store: Transfer juice to an airtight container and refrigerate immediately. Shake well before drinking. 

Notes

*Use 1/2 lb of ginger and 1 lemon for a milder flavor.
