An easy DIY version of a classic fall drink sold at Starbucks, made with pumpkin spice cold brew coffee and a sweet, creamy pumpkin cold foam.

Ingredients You'll Need

1. Combine coffee grounds and water to cold brew overnight. 

2. Strain out the grounds and chill until ready to use.

3. Make a simple syrup with water, spices, and brown sugar.

4. Strain out the spices and add pumpkin purée. 

5. Froth whipping cream with pumpkin syrup and salt to make cold foam. 

6. Pour over cold brew in a glass and enjoy!
