SPICED PEAR MUFFINS

WITH PECAN CRUMB TOPPING

A simple recipe for moist and tender muffins laced with juicy pears and topped with a sweet, crunchy cinnamon pecan crumble.

Ingredients You'll Need

1. Whisk together all dry ingredients (except flour) for crumb topping.

2. Mix in wet ingredients, and then fold in flour. Clump together into a ball and set aside.

3. Whisk together dry ingredients for muffin batter.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.

5. Fold in the dry ingredients, followed by the chopped pears.

6. Spoon batter into muffin pans, and sprinkle crumb topping over batter.

7. Bake at 350ºF for 23-27 minutes, and let cool slightly before serving.
