This is an EASY two-step recipe for no-bake, gluten-free protein balls. You can make them as-written with almond butter and dried blueberries, or use another mix-in of your choice. 

To make them, mix together almond butter, oats, maple syrup, dried blueberries, vanilla, salt, and water. The mixture should be slightly sticky.

Next, roll the mixture into balls, about 1 oz in size. These energy bites are ready to eat immediately, but can be refrigerated or frozen to enjoy later.

To make these dairy-free and vegan, just use a vegan protein powder. The options for customizing this recipe are endless!
