This easy peanut butter protein bar recipe will make you rethink spending money on bland store-bought snacks. They're packed with nearly 16g of protein each!

To make them, first combine protein powder, almond flour, oats, salt, peanut butter, maple syrup, water, and vanilla in a food processor.

Once everything is well-combined, press the mixture down firmly into a square pan lined with parchment paper. Let this chill for one hour in the refrigerator. 

Next, pour a mixture of melted chocolate and coconut oil on top. You can use chocolate with no added sugar to keep these as healthy as possible!
