DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

BAKERY STYLE

These double chocolate muffins are a true breakfast splurge - they're rich, moist, and intensely chocolatey! They bake up with giant, bakery-style muffin tops finished with a sweet crunch of sparkling sugar.

Ingredients You'll Need

1. Start by whisking together the dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.

2. Beat the eggs and sugar in a stand mixer until pale, thickened, and ribboning down from the beater.

3. Mix in oil, sour cream, and vanilla extract.

4. Fold in the dry ingredients and chopped chocolate or chocolate chips.

5. Spoon the batter into a greased muffin pan, and sprinkle with extra chocolate and sparkling sugar.

6. Bake at 375ºF for 10 minutes, followed by an additional 7-12 minutes at 350ºF.

"This is hands down the BEST chocolate muffin recipe. So much better than the bakery stores. These are decadent, rich, and moist; the true chocolate flavor that I have been searching for." -Leah
