Tropical Rum Punch

An extra-tropical take on a fruity summer sipper made with banana and coconut rum, pineapple juice, and a splash of grenadine.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces pineapple juice*
  • 2 ounces banana rum
  • 1 ounce coconut rum
  • splash (or two) grenadine
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  • 1/4 lime, squeezed
  • 4 ounces club soda

Instructions

  1. Combine the pineapple juice, banana rum, coconut rum, grenadine, lemon juice, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well.
  2. Strain into a highball or collins glass and top with club soda.

Notes

*Orange juice also works well in a pinch!

Optionally, just mix the initial ingredients together, top with soda, and serve on ice.
