I’ve always tried to be a generally healthy eater, but – let’s be real – when your job involves developing recipes for baked goods day after day, you’re bound to run into a few brick walls. It wasn’t that long ago that I craved chocolate every. single. day. and felt depressed about breakfast choices that didn’t involve at least a little bit of sweet carbs. BUT, over time all those serious cravings started to go away and going a day without sweets or unhealthy carbs became something I would do without noticing. All it really took was opening up my mind to new food options and ideas – things that were crave-worthy but still nutritious – and pretty soon those foods became my norm.
Obviously, there’s still those moments when something sweet is all you really want, and that’s where this smoothie comes in place – and Born Sweet® Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener! Zing™ Stevia Sweetener is made with only real ingredients – nothing artificial. It is made with extract from the stevia plant. Zing has ZERO calories, and none of the funny aftertaste that you get from some sweeteners (which is usually a major complaint of mine). And in this case, it adds just the right amount of sweetness for a creamy malted peanut butter banana smoothie ➝ my idea of the perfect post-workout treat since it’s cold, refreshing, and loaded with protein. Between the malted milk powder and Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener, you turn a regular peanut butter-banana smoothie into what tastes more like a milkshake, but without the guilt.
And since I want to make sure you can get this smoothie blending up ASAP, here’s your chance to try Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener for yourself… Get a free sample here and add some ZING™ to your life!Print
