A fast, healthy snack (or even dessert!) that’s creamy, chocolatey, and layered with crispy coconut flakes and sweet banana slices.



Toasted Coconut

Chocolate Yogurt



  1. Warm coconut oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add coconut flakes and honey and stir together. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally and more often as the coconut starts to turn golden, until golden and toasted as desired, being careful not to let burn. Remove from heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, cocoa powder, and honey until smooth.
  3. Top yogurt with toasted coconut and banana slices and enjoy!


*If desired, this could probably be split into two smaller parfaits as an alternative.
